I can und...So glad you got out there for your run! I can understand the wind issue. I really don't like running in wind either. But I am so happy that health and fitness won out.<br /><br />Great work on the weight loss. Some how I've gain about 7 pounds when I was trying to lose 10. Well okay It's hard to lose wait in the middle of training for an ultra. I think I have been under eating so much that my body decided to go into starvation mode, a few too few calories.
