Free Soda at Work

My work decided it would be a good idea to install a free soda fountain machine at work.  That's right--my number one weakness in free form for all eternity at work.  Let's just say it's taken a lot of willpower to stay far far away from that thing.  While it's an awesome perk for most people at work, I find myself frustrated that it's been installed and having to focus daily on steering clear of it.

Has anyone else had this problem?  How do you keep the temptation away?

  1. UGH! I feel for you. But that's nothing compared to my office that has a whole room dedicated to candy, junk and treats!!

  2. Whaaaaaaaaaat!!!!!??? That's crazy, IMO. I do not partake of ANYTHING at work unless it's fresh fruit and /or vegetables or a bottle of water. I come home feeling great and wake up at my goal weight.

Good luck and skipping the junk at the office is a great way to release yourself from the should I or shouldn't I struggle. Karen P

  3. That's a horrible idea! My office just bought a treadmill...only the complete opposite.
