This week will be a limited posting week due the the fact that I am training a new hire (and I think he might judge me for writing a weight loss blog while he hovers over my shoulder!). The good news is that when I have this person trained correctly, I will FINALLY be working less hours. YES!!! I can get in my runs every evening and not stress eat! HAPPY DAY!
