I ran this morning

...and now I am in pain.

Hello, IT band...welcome back.  You weren't missed, but whatevs.  I guess you missed me.  I'm surprised it was a 4 miler that made you show up.  I thought I would've seen you back on the 20 miler.

Either've reminded me of another friend that I didn't miss.

  1. I am sorry girl. Rest, Ice, Compress, Elevate. Seriously take it easy and you should be okay come race day.

  2. Sorry to hear about your IT band pain :( just wanted to say be careful with those ice packs. I managed to give myself a really bad ice burn saturday haha. Best of luck on your marathon. I'll be thinking of you.
