Feeling like a Slacker & Weekly Weigh-In

I've had clients in town the last two days, and while I have done phenomenally better at listening to my body and not over eating as much as I normally would I still know I am over my calories for both days.  Sad.  But progress is progress.  Unfortunately, I haven't been able to offset the extra calories with a workout.  That's right...I haven't worked out since Friday.  Eesh.  Today that will be remedied!  I'm going for a run for sure!

Here are the latest stats for me.  Some items aren't budging (bust and calves), but others are making nice progress.  I am particularly happy about the weight lost in my waist.  Hooray!  I'm hoping to double that progress over the next month.  That would be nice, right?
