Wednesday Weigh-In

Wahooo!  Day 3 of counting calories and I'm still right on track.  Last night I went for a lovely bike ride.  I pushed myself and ended up doing 13 miles in an hour (keep in mind I was on a mountain bike rather than a road bike).  It felt good to be outside and in the sun.  A little over halfway through the ride my behind started to complain about being on the seat so long, but other than that it was good.  I figure that my butt will just have to get used to it!  :)

Workout Wildlife continued as well.  After seeing the moose on Monday during my hike, I was lucky enough to see some deer last night!  They nearly ran into me!  I hopped off the bike and took a quick photo before they ran off further down the trail.

Sketchy Week One weight loss continues.  I weighed in this morning at 160.0 which means I'm down 2.2 lbs from Monday.  Wouldn't it be nice if weight loss really happened that quickly?  I'm pretty sure I am very close to stalling.  We shall see!

I hope your week is great.  Any fun plans?  Tonight I am going for a walk with a friend, and then tomorrow I'm either biking or hiking with my dearest friend Jess.  It's going to be a good week!


  1. I want to come live in Utah! Scenery and wildlife! The only wildlife we see in Florida on a regular basis are the mosquitoes!

    My niece and nephew are coming tomorrow for the weekend so there will be a lot of swimming and walks with the dog.

  2. Awesome! I love that you have everything planned out girl. You are right on track. Also I always lose about 2lbs every week after the weekend. So think positive and it will stick. :):)

    Just don't screw it all up over the weekend like I usually do. haha

  3. Way to go!!!!!! When we went to Utah last year we saw so many Deer. It was cool. We didn't get to see a Moose though. :( that would've been awesome.
